Description

North Yorkshire Council is seeking to enter into a contract for the provision of a Shared Lives Scheme. The Shared Lives Scheme offers an alternative to supported living, domiciliary care and care homes.

Total Quantity or Scope

It is a flexible service where a wide range of care and support needs can be met. The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further period of 2 years (3+1+1).
