Description

Crawley Borough Council ("the Council") invites quotes for the provision of a feasibility study for a building within Crawley town centre as set out in these documents. The Commencement Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on Monday 13th May 2024 at 00:00 hours. The Contract will be awarded for a period of up to 6 months until 11th October 2024. The Council is procuring this contract following an Open tender process under the UK Public Contract Regulations 2015 and the Council's Procurement Code. The Council will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed in the Specification. The Council is seeking to contract with an organisation that is experienced in conducting feasibility studies to the highest quality level, professional standards and cost effectiveness, as specified in the Specification. The Contractor will be expected to provide robust evidence to support the best options for the potential use of four sites within Crawley town centre for use by the creative industries sector when compared with other generic business or mixed use, for support of funding investment.
