Total Quantity or Scope
MCFT intends to contract with Kooth Wellbeing Enterprises CIC, 5 Merchant Square, London, W2 1AY for the provision of an early intervention service to CYP which targets improvements in young people's emotional and mental wellbeing. The contract value is approximately £288,126. MCFT is currently in contract with Kooth and has been for a number of years. For the new contract MCFT intends to contract for the service for a period of a further 12 months from 01 April 2024. It is intended to award the contract in accordance with the Provider Selection Regime Regulations under Direct Award Process C where there is an existing provider for the services and that existing provider is satisfying the original contract and will likely satisfy the proposed new contract, and where additionally the services are not changing considerably. The Senior Leadership Team of Community Care Division have made the decision for the award of this contract. No conflicts of interest have been identified and this has been recorded in line with Trust policy.
