Proposed maintenance of grassed areas within Hjaltland Housing Association Schemes throughout Shetland
Total Quantity or Scope
This is an open stage procurement and tenders should be submitted in three parts. Part one is the quality questionnaire, part two is the pricing document & form of tender and part three is the completed SPD document. The award will be based on the most economically advantageous tender with the quality score accounting for 40% and tender price 60% of the overall score.
Renewal Options
Contract can be extended annually for a further three years in total after the first fixed two years. Both the Contractor and Employer must agree for each extension. Each extension will be subject to an uplift to the rates from the previous year based on a negotiated uplift between the Contractor and Employer.
