Legal Justification
UKRI has awarded a contract for the supply of a fully automatic, higher energy resolution x-ray diffraction system with Motorized Anti Scatter Screen and dynamic beam optimisation. With only one Supplier able to meet the technical requirements an award of contract without prior publication of a call for competition is justified under regulation 32(2)(b)(ii) of the PCR 2015.
