Description
The ISHS will support delivery to achieve the three main sexual health related Public Health Outcome Framework (PHOF) measures to improve sexual health in Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire South County. Deed of variation of the Contract in relation to Sexual Health Services, Extension to Term of the Contract by 6 Months, and variation of payment provisions for 22/23 and 2024. The effect of this extension to term will be to modify the Contract in the manner which parties consider to be not substantial. In accordance with Provider Selection Regime permitted modification of Contract.
