Hertfordshire County Council (hereinafter referred to as the Council) are out to tender for Providers for entry onto the Provision of a Framework Agreement for Environmental Planning Support and Design Review Services.The new Framework Agreement will provide support for two key service areas (the ‘Services’), Providers can enter onto the Framework Agreement to deliver either one or both of the service areas within each Lot, as follows:• ‘Hertfordshire LEADS’ (Landscape. The estimated total value of the Contract is stated in II.1.5) of this notice and is for the initial term inclusive of the approximate value for extensions and across all Lots. The Contract will be awarded for an initial term of three years, with the option to extend the Contract up to one further year.
