Framework for the Supply and Installation of Timber and Metal Fencing and Gates Lot 1 Timber Fencing & Gates Lot 2 Metal Fencing & Gates This framework is intended for use by South Tyneside Homes, South Tyneside Council and any other body wholly owned or controlled by the Council, together with South Tyneside NHS Foundation Trust, and any member of NEPO - follow link for list of included bodies (http://www.nepoportal.org ). Any organisation able to access this Contract will be referred to in the documentation as a Contracting Authority. South Tyneside Homes and South Tyneside Council wish to establish a framework agreement for the supply and installation of Timber and metal fencing and gates. STH & STC Reserve the right to award each lot to separate contractors. The Repairs and Maintenance works will be on an ad hoc basis.
