This contract will be awarded to an existing provider following the direct award process C. The approximate life time value of the contract is £895,726. (£447,863 per annum for 1 + 1 year.) Contract start date: 01 April 2024 Contract end date 31 March 2026

The services are best delivered by patients GPs as there is a requirement to access full medical records and to understand the ongoing health situation with patients. Providers assessed on a Pass/Fail basis against 3 basic selection criteria. All Scored and Pass/Fail criteria are met. No conflicts of interest declared.
