Description
This is a Prior Information Notice published by the Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS), Business Services Organisation (BSO) on behalf of Health and Social Care Northern Ireland (HSCNI) to seek engagement with the marketplace as PaLS are commencing work for a regional tender for Urinalysis and Urine Pregnancy Testing for the five main hospital Trusts.

2. VI.3.1) Additional Information
The product Awareness Sessions will be an opportunity for suppliers to present to a panel of HSCNI Professionals. The presentation will be scheduled to last approximately 1 hour per presenting supplier and will be required to: Provide a physical demonstration of their current Urinalysis Testing, Provide a physical demonstration of their current Urine Pregnancy Testing, To be available to respond to questions or clarifications from attendees following demonstration and presentation covering all aspects of system functionality and Provide a physical demonstration of their Middleware / Connectivity solution. The overall purpose of this session will be to update, educate and inform attendees of what is currently available in the marketplace and to assist on potential functional characteristics which could form part of the future tender specification. Your participation in any future tender is in no way connected to or dependent upon your attendance at this Product Awareness Session. Product Awareness Session is scheduled to take place in person at PaLs Conference Room, 77 Boucher Crescent, Belfast, BT12 6HU on Tues 23rd April Tuesday 7th May 2024. Specific appointment times will be communicated to each supplier following the closing date of this Declaration of Interest. Only those companies who can confirm their ability to provide, demonstrate and potentially supply Urinalysis and Urine Pregnancy Testing will be invited to attend the Product Awareness Session. Please note: Neither BSO Procurement & Logistics Service nor the Trusts’ will be liable for any costs incurred by those companies attending the sessions. What you need to do now: 1)Request a copy of declaration of interest proforma from palsgransha.sourcing@hscni.net 2)Complete the Declaration of interest form 3)Submit your completed Declaration of interest form by emailing palsgransha.sourcing@hscni.net before the deadline at 12 noon on Thursday 4th 18th April 2024 4)Ensure you will be available to attend on Tuesday 23rd April 7th May 2024 and be able to present your solution to the HSCNI Professionals.

Please note there has been a change to the date of the Supplier Engagement Session. The Supplier Engagement Session will now take place on the 7th May 2024 in PaLs Conference Room, 77 Boucher Crescent, Belfast, BT12 6HU.
