The Provider shall deliver a surgical termination procedure to Service Users up to the UK legal limit of up to 23 weeks and 6 days gestation.

Legal Justification
Incumbent provider's surgical site premises suffered an electrical failure, which confirmed that the building needs a complete rewire and was thus considered condemned. Due to the time sensitive nature of these procedures, the ICB had to urgently source an alternative provider to provide these services temporarily while the incumbent provider resolves the building and site issues.

This contract has been awarded under the urgent circumstances provision of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
