Worthing Staying Well service provides a safe and supportive out-of-hours service specifically aimed at individuals who are struggling to cope because of their mental health. The service focuses around offering individuals who attend the drop-in immediate and informal face-to-face supportive interventions around their emotional and mental health geared to helping individuals feel cared for and more in control. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice (via Direct Award C).

This is now a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has now been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C. No formal representations were received in relation to the PSR intention to award notice (via Direct Award C) published on 4th March 2024 (see https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/006910-2024). Consequently a contract was awarded on 18th March 2024. There were no identified conflicts of interest. Contract Period: 1st April 2024 - 31st March 2026.
