Description

To source an MSSP who is more closely aligned to Anglian Water's cloud-native strategy, providing SIEM, Threat Intelligence and Intrusion Prevention services. An MSSP Service Delivery Manager will be the main point of contact for day-to-day operational enquiries and issues, working within our existing frameworks to ensure a smooth delivery of service. The service will operate in a co-management manner with Anglian Water being responsible for the onboarding and offboarding of assets to the SIEM, whilst the MSSP will provide the 24x7x365 monitoring and triage of events

Renewal Options

The initial duration of the framework period is 5 years. Anglian Water have the option to extend, up to a maximum of 8 years, in any incremental time period, at our discretion through contractual extensions
