The awarding of this This contract is subject to has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Quality and collaboration are the most important factors for this contract, as the Provider will be supporting a vulnerable group in the community and working closely with the Trust's CAMHS service to provide mental health support.As the incumbent and an established local charity, the Provider has a track record of providing support to parent carers. The service works closely with statutory partners to ensure that we are all aware of the issues that parent carers are experiencing and allows us to focus collaboratively on how we can support this vulnerable group across Somerset. The Provider uses a range of engagement methods (phone, online, face-to-face). The Service contributes to improving community cohesion and the wider health and wellbeing of the population. received.
