This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 11 April 2024. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. Written representations should be sent to Procurement@nelft.nhs.uk Award decision makers: Head of Service- BHR CYP ASD Assistant Director Integrated Care Director (B&D) The Key Criteria were assessed based on the original specification set by the clinical team to show what the exact requirements are reviewing requirements within Quality and Innovation, Value, Reducing Health Inequalities and Better Access to Care and Social Value. This allowed a thorough review of the Trust requirements to show the contract can deliver and improve on all Key Criteria. The incumbent was assessed against their current performance for these Key Criteria as to how they have delivered the contract to show Quality, Innovation, Value, Reducing Health Inequalities and Social Value improvements. All 145 children referred have been assessed within the current contract agreement, with a diagnosis provided where applicable within the set timeframe of 4 months, and KPI's have been fully met throughout the duration of the contract with regular reporting and patient satisfaction. The team then assessed how the incumbent would deliver the new requirement to achieve the same deadline and how they can positively impact the Trust by continuing to help reduce NELFT's waiting lists for the diagnosis of Autism and ADHD. The same supplier will be able to fulfil the requirement of 181 children within the 4 month timeline as stipulated delivering on value and improved access to care for further support.
