Bidders were required to respond to a number of qualification questions. The questions were used to assess bidders on the mandatory and discretionary grounds for exclusion and also their technical and professional ability. Responses to these questions were assessed on a pass/ fail basis. A fail on any of these questions would result in a bidder being disqualified from the process. Bidding organisations who score a minimum of 50% or above to each of the Award Criteria weight sections was invited to attend a formal invite to a 10-minute presentation and 10-minite interview to demonstrate how the supplier proposed to deliver the service in line with the Service Specification issued by the Health Board.
