Description

CCT require a Consultant to fulfil the role of the NEC4 Supervisor to ensure works are constructed in accordance with the contract. The construction works include a new site entrance, site compound creation, site levelling, construction of a bridleway bridge (TPT Bridge), creation and diversion of Public Rights of Way (PROW) and the application for, obtaining of and compliance with all required permits and permissions. An overview of Supervise Scope is: - The Consultant will undertake the Supervisor role as defined in the NEC4 ECC for all of the works. - The Supervisor will inspect the progress and quality of the works, for compliance with the Contract. - The Supervisor shall give the PM sufficient notice of all meetings held in connection with the Project which the Supervisor may arrange with Consultants, Contractors or Others in order to give the PM the opportunity of attending. The Supervisor shall provide the PM with a written record of all such meetings.
