The proposed works include refurbishment on the ground floor of the Tannachie Garden Building on Falmouth Campus. This area currently houses the library and seminar rooms. The works involve refurbishment of the ground floor of the building to create a reconfigured library space, refurbished seminar rooms and a space for the MA Fine Art course.
