Description

We require a provider to deliver a service to complete medical examinations and examiner summaries in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost in order to improve our assessment process and access to panel. The Authority intends to enter into a Contract for an initial period of 12 months, with an option to extend by mutual agreement for up to a further 24 months. The anticipated Contract commencement date is 01.04.2024. Maximum potential term of the contract will be until 31.03.2027

Total Quantity or Scope

We will require approximately 120 examinations/summaries over the course of a year made up of fostering, kinship and connected persons assessments. This number may increase depending on GP capacity/engagement and increasing numbers of applicants in assessment. This notice is an intention to award a contract under the competitive process of the Provider Selection Regime. This is a new service with a new provider.
