Description
The VOA is seeking the support from an external Supplier to bring together the existing NDR Reforms and the NDR element of the BST programme to form a single GMPP programme, which will manage the single roadmap of non-domestic rating transforming the VOA. This will be completed as a standalone project, and it will be staffed with resource from VOA, CDIO and supported by the chosen supplier.
