Stirling Council require the services of a single third party contractor to provide bulk haulage transportation for non-recyclable residual waste arising’s. The Contractor is required to bulk material stored and sorted at the Council’s Waste Transfer Station located at; Lower Polmaise Waste Management Facility, Fallin, FK7 7FG
