Description

Lot 2 - Deep SQEP of the NSIGN Client Support Framework is being established to provide deep expert advice in relation to specific specialist tasking that will test and optimise the NSIGN support solution options in their respective fields of experience. Lot 2 Work Package 3: Commercial by Design will provide expertise in developing and proposing alternative commercial models through the full procurement cycle as the NSIGN Programme seeks a more commercial and global approach. This will include the consideration of alternative contracting, incentivising methods and practices that can be tested and applied for the NSIGN Programme. Typical tasks include market analysis, procurement and commercial strategy, case studies, incentivisation models, social value, advice within the tender preparation and evaluation activity
