Description

Anglian water Services (AWS) intends to appoint Programme Delivery Partner(s) (PDP) to support the delivery of its business plans over the next 15 years including, but not limited to, its capital delivery programme and two (2) Strategic Resource Options (SROs). This Periodic Indicative Notice (PIN) notice is related to a pre-market engagement exercise and is issued ahead of any call for competition for the procurement of Programme Delivery Partner(s). AWS are issuing this PIN to provide potential bidders advance notice of any procurement event and to request feedback on its proposals. That feedback will be used to build AWS's understanding of the market and will inform the development of proposals aimed at achieving the best value for money outcomes.

Total Quantity or Scope

The anticipated duration is approximately 15 years which is required to enable the partner(s) to fully integrate with AWS and provide deliverable results for customers and the environment. This contract may be divided into lots. This pre-market engagement exercise is open to any organisation that wishes to respond. AWS would like to thank you in advance for your participation. This pre-market engagement and associated engagement activities is a standalone exercise intended to gather information and it does not form part of any formal procurement process. AWS may use any feedback received to inform any potential future procurement processes but reserves the right not to conduct any procurement process. AWS accepts no liability or responsibility to any person (including a legal person) as a consequence of relying on the information set out in this PIN. AWS are holding a supplier briefing event to talk interested suppliers through AWS's requirements and objectives. That briefing will be virtual (via Teams) and will be held on Thursday 25 April 2024 starting at 09:00 BST and will last for approximately 60mins. There will be an opportunity for suppliers to ask questions. Suppliers wishing to attend this event should register by sending an email before 4pm on 23 April 2024, with the subject "Supplier briefing registration", to: AWPDP@anglianwater.co.uk Suppliers should include, within their registration email, the names and email addresses of up to five people. Invites will be sent to those people included in the supplier's registration request. A recording will be available for suppliers who register their interest no later than 30 April 2024. Following the briefing event AWS (at its sole discretion) may invite suppliers to 1-to-1 sessions to discuss AWS's requirements and objectives. Any follow-up discussions are solely for information or planning purposes. AWS reserve the right to share a general anonymised summary of any feedback received to help with developing our plans. Your participation in this market engagement will not automatically include or exclude you from any future procurement process. In the event that AWS decide to conduct any procurement process, this market engagement activity does not commit AWS to any particular timeline, process, scope or value of procurement. Any feedback will not be considered as part of any pre-qualification or tender stage in any subsequent procurement process. AWS reserve the right to procure any of the services listed above as separate contracts and/or frameworks as part of separate and independent procurement events. This PIN is not a call for competition and any information within it may be subject to change prior to publication of any contract notice and associated procurement documents. After publication of any contract notice all interested parties will be required to participate in a pre-qualification selection process. That process will be used to determine which suppliers satisfy the selection criteria and who will be invited to progress to the next stage of the tender process. Individual contract notices, pre-qualification and associated documents for these opportunities are expected to be issued in June 2024.
