This opportunity has been listed on behalf of LHC Procurement Group and our regional businesses: Consortium Procurement Construction (CPC) London and South East (LSE) Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA) South-West Procurement Alliance (SWPA) Welsh Procurement Alliance (WPA) This is an early market engagement notice to provide awareness for a future tender opportunity for a Roofing Systems & Associated Works Framework Agreement. The new Roofing Systems Framework (RS5) will be the successor to LHC's current and successful Roofing and Associated Works Framework Agreement (RS4) which is due to expire in May 2025. The aim in the development of this framework will be to provide an efficient, value for money procurement route for local authorities, social landlords and other public sector bodies for the design, supply and installation of roofing systems and associated works in all types of public sector refurbishment and new build projects; including: > Multi occupancy residential buildings (low/medium/high rise) > Schools > Colleges > Universities > Public offices > NHS buildings > Blue Light buildings > Other public buildings LHC intend to carry out further engagement webinars with interested parties and manufacturers in due course to discuss our initial proposals, timescales for the tender and gain feedback before finalising the framework and issuing the tender. 1 WORKSTREAM 1 - TRADITIONAL FLAT ROOFING

WORKSTREAM 1 - TRADITIONAL FLAT ROOFING Includes the design, supply and installation of traditional flat roofing products to include asphalt, systems, torch on systems such as bituminous built up roofing systems, flame-free systems such as single ply, bituminous systems and GRP (glass reinforced polyester or fibreglass). This may include associated products and works such as flashings, fascia, soffit, weathering and rainwater items.

2 WORKSTREAM 2 - LIQUID FLAT ROOFING

Includes design, supply and installation of liquid flat roofing systems to include, polymer modified bitumen emulsions and solutions, glass reinforced resilient unsaturated polyester resins, flexible unsaturated polyester resins, hot applied polymer modified bitumen and polyurethanes. This may include associated products and works such as flashings, fascia, soffit, weathering and rainwater items.

3 WORKSTREAM 3 - PROFILED METAL ROOFING

Includes the design, supply and installation of metallic based roofing systems of a tile or sheet type profiled system. This may include associated products and works such as flashings, fascia, soffit, weathering and rainwater items.

4 WORKSTREAM 4 - TRADITIONAL PITCHED ROOFING

Includes the design, supply and installation of traditional pitched roof coverings to include plain concrete tiles, interlocking concrete tiles, interlocking resin or slate, plain clay tiles, interlocking clay tiles, natural blue, black and grey slate, fibre cement slate, all to include flashings, facia, soffit, weathering and rainwater items.
