The awarding of this This contract is subject to has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Evidence of CQC registration- the sub-contractor will share evidence of CQC registration.2. Evidence of appropriate Indemnity Arrangements- the sub-contractor will share indemnity certificate with the authority process C.This contract has been awarded on an annual basis.5. Able to deliver a nuclear medicine reporting service to QEHKL 15th April 2024. The contract will be in place from 01/04/2024 - 31/03/2025. Contract payments will be based on an ad hoc basis.7.
