Legal Justification
The Trust needs to work with an expert organisation that has the appropriate level of expertise and Moorhouse Consulting are the recommended supplier because they are on the SBS Consult 18: Multidisciplinary Consultancy Services with competitive rates. They are already working with the Sussex ICB and have completed the case for change for virtual wards (accelerating virtual ward development at scale across Sussex ICB) to inform the virtual ward project and are continuing to support the ICB programmes. Moorhouse have developed a model for virtual ward and HomeFirst for the Sussex system and the economic modelling will be similar. They also have access to national evidence which will be essential for this project.
