Description

The service provides low level mental health support for children and young people, primarily within educational settings. The service offers support on a range of different mental health and emotional wellbeing concerns: • Low mood: sadness, low motivation • Mild to moderate anxiety: worries, irrational fears and concerns • Common challenging behaviours • Family and peer relationship difficulties • Difficulty adjusting to change and transition • Difficulty managing emotions The service provides access for low level mental health and emotional wellbeing, encompassing different methods of support (e.g. assemblies, workshops, groups, 1:1).

Total Quantity or Scope

NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB is intending to award a contract to an existing provider following direct award process C of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 Approximate lifetime value of the contract is £6,575,840. Contract term - 3 May 2024 - 2 May 2027, with an option to extend for two (2) years until 2 May 2029.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 23:59hrs 29 April 2024. Provider representations in relation to this intention to award notice should be submitted in writing to hnyicb.procurement@nhs.net This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. The contract award was approved by Place Director (North East Lincolnshire) and Place Director of Finance (North East Lincolnshire). No conflicts of interest have been declared in relation to the contract award.
