Description
THE OPPORTUNITY LLA are running a retail fashion tender for a five-year contractual term. The successful operator's ranging can include (but not be limited to) athleisure, clothing, and accessories. Catering to both men's and women's fashion preferences Product Range: The selected partner will be responsible for curating a diverse and appealing assortment of fashion items, covering a wide spectrum of styles, sizes, and trends. Seasonality and Holiday Apparel: It is imperative that the retail partner stays on top of seasonal trends and travel consumer preferences and requirements. Regular updates to the in-store offerings are expected to maintain relevance and attract foot traffic, as well as appeal to fluctuating passenger profiles. Operators should consider to not only cater to seasonal variations in fashion preferences but also consider offering holiday apparel throughout the year. This includes but is not limited to attire suitable for various seasonal wear.

CONCESSION AGREEMENT The concession is offered by LLAOL on the basis of the concession agreement provided with the tender documents. Bidders may raise questions of clarification on the concession agreement at any time before 1200 hours UK time on the date shown in the tender timetable above. Bidders will be deemed to bid on the basis of the concession agreement prepared by LLA. Bidders are to note however, that commitments given by them during this tendering process, and agreed by LLA, on Service Proposal or Design Proposal, may be incorporated into the final contractual agreements. Delivery Notes TEST FIT DESIGN PROPOSAL Bidders are expected to submit their concept design, and any additional information required. Bidders need to be aware that the final design of the unit will need to comply with the relevant requirements of the Concessionaires Design Guide which is included as a supporting document for this tender pack. Note that the Concessionaire Design Guidelines are dated 2016, and are currently being updated. They should be used for technical guidance only, not design/aesthetic guidance. The meeting to be arranged with our Commercial Project Manager pre-submission will assist in setting out the current design vision.
