This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to confirmation of contract award notice. The awarding of this This contract is subject to has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 8th April 2024. This contract has not yet formally now been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to formally awarded using direct award under the PSR.Key Criteria1. Evidence of CQC registration- the sub-contractor will share evidence of CQC registration.2. Evidence of appropriate Indemnity Arrangements- the sub-contractor will share indemnity certificate with the authority process C.This contract is awarded on an annual basis.3. Sub-contractor infection control processes to be appropriate to the service being delivered and signed off by the Head Provider.4.
