The Council wishes to invite tenders for the supply of works/services in respect of The Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to create a Strategy for enabling Investment and Development (SID) to deliver this vision This vision envisages St Mary's becoming a modern, connected mixed use quarter based around Market Harborough's station. It will comprise high quality space, hundreds of homes, and a focus for new investment in Harborough district. Further information on the requirement and relevant performance standards are available within the Specification. The anticipated contract commencement date is 31st May 2024.
