Description

This tender is for the appointment of a Contractor to undertake roof replacement works at the Royal Cornwall Museum in Truro. The works have been designed by professional consultants through RIBA stages 1 to 4. This tender is for the construction phase, RIBA stage 5. A principle outline of the scope of works are as follows: - Replacement of the pitched slate roof coverings - Replacement of the flat roof coverings - Thermal improvement works - Installation of rainwater goods - External render repair - Installation of new external staircase - Replacement of louvered doors Please refer to the tender documentation within the appendixes. Tendering contractors shall have experience in delivering projects of a similar nature on public sector building within a city centre location.
