This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to confirmation of contract award notice. The awarding of this This contract is subject to has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 16th April 2024. This contract has not yet formally now been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under formally awarded using the competitive process of following the PSR. No contract will be awarded until after the end completion of the standstill period. This was deemed to not have an impact awarded on the process by the authorised officer. 17 April 2024. The chosen providers were selected due to achieving the highest scores across the key criteria used. The providers have been assessed and passed against the relevant key criteria and basic criteria. Lot 2A Daytime Bolton contract start date is 1st April 2024 - The Children's Society Lot 2B Daytime Bury - Early Break Lot 2C Daytime Manchester - 42nd Street Lot 2D Daytime Oldham - Tameside Oldham 1st July 2024 (to be agreed between successful providers and Glossop Mind Lot 2E Daytime Heywood, Middleton & Rochdale - Early Break Lot 2F Daytime Salford - 42nd Street Lot 2G Daytime Stockport - Talk Listen Change Lot 2H Daytime Tameside - The Children's Society Lot 2I Daytime Trafford - 42nd Street Lot 2J Daytime Wigan - The Children's Society the Relevant Authority dependent on mobilisation requirements and the contract has an initial term of 36 months with a maximum extension of a further 24 months.
