Description

Housing Related Support for people who are homeless or at least very marginally housed, and who have chronic and complex support needs. The Housing Support Grant Program in Gwynedd provides sorely needed assistance to the most vulnerable people in our communities. Funded through the Welsh Government’s Housing Support Grant and managed by Cyngor Gwynedd the Program funds a range of Housing Related Support services to meet the needs of our communities.

Meet the buyer event: Gwynedd Council's Housing Commissioning Team will be attending the following Housing Support Events to discuss the procurement documentation and process. Sessions will be available at the following locations: 2nd of May - Ysgol Glan y Môr, Pwllheli 4:30pm-7:00pm 16th of May - Ty Siamas, Dolgellau 3:00pm-6:30pm Please contact the Housing Support Commissioning Team to reserve a slot. We are also arranging virtual meetings where required, please contact the Commissioning Team on 01286 679484 before the 7th of May so that arrangements can be made for virtual meetings.
