Legal Justification
A review to improve patient experience and reduce the waiting times for the children and young people neurodevelopmental pathway, a longer-term more sustainable solution is required to meet the increasing demand and ensure progress made is not lost. The recommendations of the pathway review will inform commissioning intentions developed for 2025/26 onwards.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract modification notice, under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally modified. The decision was made by the Chief Executive in line with Nottingham and Nottinghamshire's ICB Scheme of Reservation and Delegation. No conflicts of interest were identified.
