Description

Promote economic regeneration by assisting householders with income maximisation through reduced fuel bills and referral to other support agencies and the promotion and support of local related trades. By its activity to promote energy efficiency and the use of renewable technologies the Scheme also aims to reduce the carbon emissions of households in the area.

Indicators
- Contract modified due to unforeseen circumstances.
Legal Justification
Funding from the Home Upgrade Grant Scheme (HUG2) means delivery of the scheme will take place until March 2025. It is not appropriate to procure a new contractor during the delivery of such a program of work. The project will be offering advice and assistance to vulnerable households and a change in delivery partner will cause unacceptable confusion to those households. The services required under the contract will not be changed from the original contract.
