Description

Tenders are invited by the Council from Suppliers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the supply of Specialised (Domestic) Removal, Storage and Disposal Services (the "Services") under a proposed Framework Agreement as more fully detailed in the General Specification. Total Quantity or Scope

The requirement of this Framework is to provide the Council with reactive call-outs for domestic removals, storage & disposal. The framework will be operating as a multi-supplier framework where suppliers will be ranked. The anticipated commencement date for the Framework Agreement is 8th July 2024 for a period of 2 years until 7th July 2026. The Council may extend the framework agreement for two (2) periods of twelve (12) months to 7th July 2028. Renewal Options

There is a possibility that the framework agreement will be subject to renewal following the expiry of the initial 2 years. The anticipated commencement date for the framework agreement is 8th July 2024 - 7th July 2026 with the provision to extend for up to two (2) twelve (12) month periods until 7th July 2028.

This exercise is an Open Procedure in accordance with the requirements under Reg. 27 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) for the purpose of procuring the Services as described in the contracting authorities Specification & Appendices thereto.
