Description

The tender requirement is for a contract for the provision of Adult Skills Fund ‘ASF’ (formally Adult Education Budget ‘AEB’) programmes, related inside the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) region. Specifically, this requirement is for Construction Skills training to include Construction Gateway courses like Rail Engineering Track Maintenance, Plant Machinery, Groundworks, CSCS and other operator tickets

Total Quantity or Scope

Please refer to the Guidance document. The contract will be a fixed term contract starting 01 August 2024 with a completion date of 31 July 2027 with a funding value currently anticipated as up to £1.5m pa ASF income of which £1.2m pa will be awarded to subcontract provision.

Renewal Options

Two further years in annual increments subject to College requirements; available funding; WMCA funding rules, priorities and approval; and subject to provider capacity; delivery performance; achievement data.
