Description

Durham County Council ("the Council") for and on behalf of Seaham High School ("the School") are facilitating this procurement exercise. It will be the School that enters into the proposed agreement with the successful bidder. Provision of Catering Services at the School site for Secondary School Meals, including break time breakfast service and lunch time meals. This procurement is issued under an Open Tender process in line with Public Contracts Regulation 2015, under Regulation 74 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 for contracts for social and other specific services (Light Touch Regime).
