Description

This is a Prior Information Notice where the tender documentation is not yet available. However, interest in this opportunity (Expressions of interest) can still be registered (see below on details of how to complete). ESPO is seeking to establish a framework agreement with suppliers for the measuring, supply and installation of curtains, blinds and associated products and services. The scope of the framework includes measuring, installation, curtain and blinds dry cleaning, and other related products and services such as: - Making and fitting of curtains - Provision of tie backs - Making and fitting of roman blinds - Shower curtains - Repair of existing tracks - Dry-cleaning of curtains - Supply and fitting of tracks, battens and pelmet boards - Making and fitting of stage curtains - Stage curtains tracks and associated equipment, including audio and lighting equipment - Security shutter and grilles The Lot structure is expected to be as follows: Lot 1 - Supply and Installation of Curtains and Blinds Lot 2 - Supply and Installation of Electrical Powered Blinds Lot 3 - Supply and Installation of Theatre and Drama Room Equipment Lot 4 - Supply and Installation of Security Shutters and Grilles The duration of the framework agreement is expected to be for 3 years (36 months), with the option to extend for up to a further 1 year (12 months). The total estimated value stated includes the option period (with the Spend profile simply being spread out evenly over all the potentially applicable Financial years as an example, including the option period).
