The Business would like to appoint a contractor for Building Surveying works to assess the conditions of NHG housing stock; these include houses, flats, internal and external communal areas. The service shall also include Area Drone Survey for aerial imagery of our housing stock, allowing surveyors to establish a comprehensive and accurate condition / advisory report.
