Description

The London Borough of Camden is looking to award a contract for planned preventative maintenance, servicing and repair of water services assets within HRA housing stock.

Total Quantity or Scope

The key aim is to deliver an all-inclusive service encompassing inspection, testing, servicing, planned preventative maintenance and remedial repair to water services (tanks, risers and mains). In some cases, maintenance will include repair by replacement of some major component elements of equipment.

Renewal Options

The contract might be re-tendered on expiry, but no decision has been made on this.
