he Staffordshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner seeks to commission a Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Restorative Justice Service.The Restorative Justice Service will support the delivery of the Victim Code of Practice, provide a free, confidential, high quality service, raising awareness of and guiding and supporting victims who wish to explore a range of restorative interventions. The provider is expected to work in partnership with agencies, in particular those operating within the criminal justice arena. This is an integral part of the support system for victims of crime, who wish to participate in restorative justice.The service will commence 1st April 2025.The Commissioner is planning on holding a market engagement day at Staffordshire Police HQ, Conference Room 7, Weston Road, Stafford on Friday 28th June 2024. … The aim of the market engagement day will be to examine the proposed specification and answer any questions in relation to the requirement and procurement process, before the formal tender is launched.Interested parties will be asked to provide details about their organisation and to indicate if they wish to book a 1-2-1 session with Commissioners. Contract value: Circa £600,000 (£150,000 per annum)Contract term: Term 2 years plus 12 plus 12
