Total Quantity or Scope

The framework will cover a wide range of services related to Demolition and Site Enabling Works, including but not limited to: Demolition: The dismantling, destruction, or removal of structures, buildings, or infrastructure. Wrecking Work: Activities involved in breaking down or dismantling existing structures, including controlled explosions where necessary. Earthmoving/ Groundworks: Excavation, grading, and movement of soil, rock, or other materials to prepare sites for construction or redevelopment. Site Preparation: Clearing, levelling, and preparing land for construction or development activities. Clearance Work: Removal of debris, hazardous materials, and unwanted structures from sites, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
