This qualification system has been established to provide the opportunity for suppliers/contractors/consultants (hereafter known as suppliers) to express their interest in providing goods, services, works and professional services to Wessex Water.

The qualification system may be used for the selection of suppliers to participate in procurement procedures regulated by the Utilities Contract Regulations. Wessex Water gives no guarantee of tendering opportunities nor the volumes or value of works and professional services being awarded via the qualification system. Wessex Water will not be liable for the suppliers costs of responding to this Notice or to any subsequent pre-qualification or tender document or other stages of any procurement process. Wessex Water do not permit duplicate organisation registrations within the portal used for the qualification system. To check whether your organisation is already registered, please email eprocurement@wessexwater.co.uk Suppliers who are already registered on the qualification system may update their own details at any time and can manage access for other users within their organisation. The Qualification System may also be used for below Threshold procurement activity. Wessex Water may also make separate calls for competition outside of the Qualification System. Electronic auctions may be used and will be indicated in the tender documentation if this is applicable. Contact details for each individual procurement will be provided by Wessex Water in the specific procurement documents. Information referenced in Section III.2) of this notice will, where relevant, be provided in the specific procurement documents by Wessex Water. The award criteria as referenced in Section II.2.5) may for certain procurements covered by this notice be on a price-only basis.
