Southampton City Council is intending to commission a Children and Young People's Mental Health & Therapeutic Service to provide therapeutic guidance and support to enable delivery of an effective Local Authority children services, specifically supporting the work of the Children Looked After (CLA), Young Peoples Service and Specialist Assessment Service teams.

The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The relative importance of the Key Criteria used to make the decision was through Key Criteria ranking as followed: Joint 1st : Quality and Innovation AND Integration, Collaboration, and Service Sustainability: 2nd: n/a 3rd: Value 4th: Improving Access, Reducing Health Inequalities, and Facilitating Choice: 5th: Social Value The relative importance of each Key Criteria was established by considering its importance against each of the other criteria in turn.
