Description

Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of design and construction of the new housing and associated works at the Southfield and Newry site. A summary of what the tenderer is being requested to deliver is as follows: - Completion of the design of the scheme; - Completion of the construction of the scheme; - Building Control certification; - Discharge of required planning conditions; - Allow for any relevant Owner training required; - Completion of the O&M/ H&S files. Total Quantity or Scope

This is a competitive procurement conducted in accordance with Regulation 27 the ‘Open Procedure’ under The Public Contracts Regulations 2015. All Tenders will be evaluated before the Contract is awarded following the methodology set out in Section 2.9 of the tender documentation. This procurement process will be carried out in accordance with the Authority’s Contract Procedure Rules, part 4G of the Authority’s Constitution, which is available at https://www.leicester.gov.uk/your-council/how-we-work/our-constitution

Renewal Options

The proposed Contract will be for 18 months with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further 12 months.
