Description
North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) are working for, and on behalf of, NHS England - North East and Yorkshire (the Contracting Authority), who are informing the market of its intentions for commissioning Non-Custodial Services across the North East and Yorkshire. It is intended that this opportunity will opened up for submissions in July 2024. It is intention that the procurement for services will be as follows: • North East - 3 individual lots, Cleveland, Durham and Northumbria (following the force area footprint) and include Liaison and Diversion and Primary Care Mental Health Treatment Requirements. • Yorkshire & Humberside - 1 Lot as a Regional Service (as a single provider or prime provider) incorporating West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, Humberside and North Yorkshire and include Liaison and Diversion Services, Primary Care Mental Health Treatment Requirements and RECONNECT It is anticipated that TUPE will apply for each lot. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intended approach notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this service.
