Newlon Housing Trust has a housing stock of approximately 8000, compromising of street properties, 11m+ and 18m+ blocks. This contract establishes a contractor to deliver the fire door inspections within our 11m+ and 18m+ blocks via the door data app as instructed by the authorised officer.

Total Quantity or Scope

Verify, inspect and report on the existing fire doors to the 11m+ and 18m+ buildings and report back to the authorising officer with appropriate detail and a full quote for remedial works.
