Devon County Council is seeking mature and proven SaaS (Software as a Service) systems to fulfil the needs of adults and children's social care case management and finance requirements, already in use in another Local Authority setting. Providers will be aware that Devon County Council took the difficult decision to abandon the previous procurement process for a replacement Adult Social Care Case Management and Finance system. Devon County Council We now have a better understanding of the reasons why we received a limited response for our recent procurement exercise, and as such we are planning on re-tendering, taking on board the feedback we have received from the market to date. This has coincided with an expansion to the scope of the tender.
