Shropshire Council ("the Council") seeks to award a contract for the design, procurement, construction, commissioning and operation & maintenance of a biomass "Pyrolysis Plant" ("the Plant"), including the provision of instrumentation, control and automation of the equipment, civils and electrical works for a biomass pyrolysis facility supplied by the Council at Old Worcester Road in Bridgnorth , United Kingdom ("the Contract ").
